The promotion runs from now until 31 December 2026 (inclusive). Eligible customers must apply with a valid Hong Kong identity card, open a personal banking account within 15 days of applying, enter invite code "ELECWB" during account opening, and must not have held an EleBank personal banking account in the 12 months before opening. The HKD time deposit add-on coupon has no unlock task; the other rewards require specific tasks: (1) open an investment account and activate US stock trading; (2) complete one fund purchase of at least HK$10,000 equivalent and keep 30-day average total assets at HK$10,000 equivalent or above; (3) complete three stock purchases of at least HK$0.01 equivalent; (4) spend at least HK$300 equivalent on eligible retail transactions. Rewards are issued after the account is opened and are valid for 30 days; each reward can be obtained once per customer. The bank is also opening Hong Kong's first digital-bank physical branch in Causeway Bay on 15 October 2026 (Shop S and X, G/F, Hong Kong Building, 1A-1L Yee Wo Street; Monday to Sunday, 10am to 9pm), offering account-opening guidance and app support. A separate family programme offers a HK$2,000 stock rebate cash coupon with invite code "BABY2K": open the account, receive the government new baby bonus (HK$20,000 or HK$30,000, transaction description containing "HKSARG") through the account within 90 days of opening, keep 60-day average total assets at HK$10,000 equivalent or above, then complete one stock purchase of at least HK$2,000 equivalent.
