ICBC (Asia) is running a September limited-time offer from 10 to 30 September 2026. Cardholders must first register one eligible ICBC credit card via the designated registration page, then spend HK$200 or more in a single qualifying transaction at designated Hong Kong supermarkets to earn an extra 15% cash rebate, capped at HK$210 per customer for the whole promotion period. The 23 qualifying merchants include Wellcome, MARKET PLACE, Oliver's, 3hreesixty, PARKnSHOP, TASTE, FUSION, INTERNATIONAL, GREAT, FOOD PARC, U select, FRESH, Tai Sang, KaBo, city'super, YATA supermarket, SOGO supermarket, AEON (supermarket section), UNY, APITA and DON DON DONKI. The extra rebate will be credited automatically within three months after the promotion ends to the eligible primary-card HKD account with the highest qualifying net spend.
Terms & Conditions
Registration must be completed before the qualifying spend; transactions made before successful registration do not count, and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Total reward pool is HK$500,000, allocated by transaction date while quotas last. Corporate cards are excluded. Primary and supplementary card spend under the same card account is combined, and a supplementary card registration counts as the same primary cardholder. E-wallet transactions (including AlipayHK, PayMe and WeChat Pay HK), Octopus top-ups, autopay, purchase or top-up of stored-value cards, bill payments (card fees, insurance premiums, utilities, taxes, MPF and more), cash advances, balance transfers, cash-in, tax and personal loans and merchant instalments are not qualifying transactions. The extra rebate is separate from the card's basic spending rewards. Keep the original sales slips. The bank may claw back the rebate if the underlying transaction is later cancelled, and the card must remain valid and in good standing at payout.
